CrossFit Mountain Island has a fitness solution for all ages and ability levels:
CrossFit Group Classes | Consisting of 15 members or less, our group classes last 55-60 minutes and include four components: a warm-up, mobility time, strength work and the classic CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD). A coach will lead you through your workout.
Youth Athletic Performance Classes | These hour-long classes are held twice a week and are for athletes from ages 8-14. Geared toward current middle and high school athletes, these sessions will aide in strength and speed development for males and females in all sports. If you want to see big gains in your overall physical abilities, this class is for you.
Personal Training | If you are more comfortable in a one-on-one or small-group setting, this is the option for you. Our coaches are adept at building a training regimen that will best help you reach your training goals, whether you need to regain strength after an injury, lose extra pounds or train for an athletic season or event.
