We encourage you to sign-up for a FREE introductory class by scrolling down on this page. During these 45-60 minute sessions, we will introduce you to our staff and facility, explain the CrossFit methodology and do a workout that will give you a taste of our training regimen.
Once you have decided that CrossFit Mountain Island is the place for you, you will participate in the Foundations Series for New Members. These 60-75 minute sessions will introduce you to the basics of CrossFit, allowing you to safely enter group classes with a working understanding of CrossFit movements, scaling, etc.
The Foundations Series is required for all new group class members without a previous background in CrossFit. These classes are scheduled around your availability.
