CrossFit Mountain Island is a community of motivated, high-character individuals who have decided to make their fitness and overall health a priority. We use the three greatest staples of the CrossFit methodology — high-intensity workouts, a constantly changing training regimen and a focus on proper nutrition — to help you obtain the results you want, whether you are simply training for a healthier lifestyle or for high-level competition. CrossFit is universally scalable, meaning that every workout is adaptable to different ability levels and thus making it the most inclusive training program in the world.
We believe that CrossFit should be done in a group setting to capitalize on the positive encouragement and motivation that people derive from working out side by side. Thus, we offer group classes throughout the day — more will be added as we grow — that will fit your busy lifestyle. All of our classes last 50-60 minutes and include four components: a warm-up, mobility time, strength work and the classic CrossFit Workout of the Day (WOD). To see our class schedule, click here. We also believe in the benefits of the social aspect to CrossFit. We are developing a community of driven, successful people at CrossFit Mountain Island, and we want you to have the opportunity to network with each other outside of the gym.
